Great room service options.
My overall experience was quite disappointing. I faced numerous issues with the reception staff, particularly with the long wait times for simple requests like extending my stay. On top of that, my laundry went missing without any proper follow-up from the hotel staff, which made me feel quite neglected during my stay.

The King Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom definitely stole the show with its heated floors—such a nice touch! The pillow menu was great for a comfy sleep. Loved the little note and chocolates waiting for us. Everything felt very luxe. No noise issues from outside either. those double-paned windows worked well! Just all-around cozy vibes.

The luxury king room was impressively spacious and meticulously clean, with excellent service from the staff who made me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful heated bathroom floor and complimentary artisan chocolates, which added a nice touch to my stay. Room service was prompt, and the breakfast included delightful homemade pastries that were among the best I've had. However, despite my overall satisfaction, I feel that more senior-friendly dining options could enhance the experience.

Perfect for a luxury escape
The suite was fabulous, I especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom, never felt so cozy. Plus, the complimentary bottle of wine upon checking-in was a classy touch, real character shown by the staff here.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth every single dollar for the experience I got.
